Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not bad but expected more. I got two pairs over Christmas. one as a gift to myself & the other one just in case i needed a gift for someone. So iv'e been using them for about 2 months now. At first, the sound was a little weird to me. The sound didn't seem as clear as my Sony wired ear buds that i bought for $7. Plus, I love my music LOUD & these are not as loud. I bought these to use at work & unfortunately my left earbud barely makes it to 3 hours. My right one does so i have to use that on Mono connectivity while the left one charges. I have not been able to connect just my left earbud alone. I have to read the manual to see if that's even possible. I've also noticed some tearing off the edge of the button on one of my earbuds & like i said i only use them for work & if they are not in my ears, they are in its case so i'm not too happy about that considering I have only had them for 2 months. Speaking about the case, I think that is my favorite feature because it keeps my phone going. Although it does not provide a full charge like the manual claims. Maybe 60% at most. The one complaint about the case is that it emits a weird odor when i charge it & that worries me quite a bit. I still have the second pair, so I am very tempted to use those instead just to see if they work better than the ones i use now. All in all, the earbuds are good, the case being a charger for the earbuds & battery pack for other devices is a plus but considering there are other JAM earbuds at the fraction of the cost of these & last up to 12 hours, are these really worth buying for $100? I'm not entirely sure.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sturdy! This is the 2nd pair that I’ve bought, I jumped the gun in buying a new pair because I managed to wash one of my earbuds, but to my surprise it still worked. They last about 4 hours per bud, which is perfect for my work day. They’re great for the price. Would recommend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Except For Some Minor Issues I've had these earbuds for around a year and they've done their job well. The only thing that could be improved on would be the syncing of both earbuds. Every other month, I'd have to disconnect them from my phone, re-sync them, and reconnect them back to my phone. It'd take around 5 mins to do this and at most, it was mildly infuriating. The noise-cancelling feature on these earbuds were amazing, rarely had to turn the volume up past half to drown out noise. Most of the time I had to take them off as opposed to just turning them down a bit. But be careful with dropping them, they can't take too many hits. I've dropped mine maybe around a dozen times, and they've finally broke after a year of daily use. 7.4/10

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Half way works They only work on one side. The right side works which is what I use. The left side it would be nice to use when the right side needs to charge up but I can't get it to work. I can faintly hear sound but there is no way to turn it up.

I paired the earbuds with my LG 55 B7P tv and the audio comes delayed. Really annoying. Is there a way to fix this? Maybe a way to activate "LG Sound Sync" support...? Thanks.

Thank you for your question. There is no way to fix the audio lag with your TV. There wireless earbuds were not intended to be used with any Bluetooth enabled TV's

How long does it typically take to charge the Portable Case for the first time?  Also, can the Earbuds be charging at the same time the Portable Case is charging, or should one wait until case is charged/unplugged?  Thanks!

Trying to set my earbuds up...I've read all of the comments and done all of the steps, yet my earbuds still will not pair together. It's either the left one or the right one-never both

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend using these earbuds to connect to a bluetooth TV. These earbuds were intended to just be used with phones or computers with Bluetooth.

If your earbuds don’t sync to each other automatically, quick double-press the “play/pause” button on both earbuds at the same time.This will put your earbuds into sync mode, and the LEDs will pulse blue. Once connected to each other, the LEDs will turn solid blue for 5 seconds.Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LEDs will quick flash blue. Received my jam ultra earbuds.  Purchased these to use with my TV.  Got them paired to my satellite on the first try.  Only problem is that they are to loud. How can I turn the volume down. I’ve looked in the instruction booklet and see nothing about it.

Thank you for your post, it sounds like you need to give the earbuds a little more time before connecting them to your device. After removing the earbuds from the case allow 30-60 seconds, this will allow the earbuds to connect to each other. If you are still having issues please contact our consumer relations department.
