Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Design Flaw The earbuds themselves work fine as a product. As I’ve seen others complain about now after purchasing the product, if you want to use an individual earbud it has to be the left one. I’ve used a few different wireless earbuds and never come across this problem before. I use them at work and usually switch them out when the battery gets low on one, but as mentioned you can’t do that with this product, if the left bud dies the right bud is useless. If you only plan on using both or are fine with using one for a couple hours these would be a fine product but they don’t live up to what I am looking for in wireless earbuds.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but…. I got this a few weeks ago the sound quality is great better then AirPods. I have to problems then first one is that you need to use the left one to use right one unlike other wireless earphones like JBL. My second problem is that the left one can get uncomfortable after wearing for a while or while eating . Over all they stay in my ears great they have fallen out the first 2 times that might of been because I had used AirPods for 1 and a half years. For the price of this product it is a great deal for what you are getting great sound quality good fit and a bit of noise isolation from the sell.

I work with one in my ear at a time... one dies and I goto the other however only the right one works independently... BUT switch them in the case and voila!!! Seems so simple smh ... my main issue is charging us become less and less reliable and they’re only 2 months old ... can you purchase just the case??

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great sound terrible battery I bought this a few months ago and really happy with sound and general operation however the battery only lasts 30 minutes before needing recharging. Makes no difference if I leave it to charge overnight. Very disappointing as is terrific otherwise.

I am trying to up the photo her but it is not working so I have the foto if anyone ones to see. I don’t know what to make of this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good earbuds but no USB-C Very good but having the left earbud as the master and the only one you can have in mono mode is kind of bad especially if you are used to having only one earbud in you ear and on the right side. I found a solution! The left and right earbud are exactly the same. So if you take the left silicone and put it on the right earbud and switch the left and right earbuds in the charging case you can then use the right earbud in mono mode even though it's the left one. If this doesn't make sense just put the left earbud in your right ear.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems with case I originally loved these earphones, but after only a few weeks, the charging case has stopped working. If I have the case plugged in, it charges the earbuds fine but as soon as I take the case off charge, it loses all of its charge and stops charging the earbuds. When I plug it in after that, the battery lights are on the very lowest level. I don’t know if this is a common issue or a once off but I would keep it in mind before purchasing a pair.

The instruction manual sucks (no help there) and when I turn on the bluetooth, they dont even pop up. Are they not compatible for Androids or something? Should be listed on the box if thats the case

Is there a way to get replacement fins/buds?

So both earbuds were working up to an hour ago. Now my left earbud quit working and will not turn on or charge but when I put it in the charger it flashes red 3 times....

Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your earbuds, below are some reset and connecting instructions. 1. Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair). 2. Take the earbuds out of the case. 3. Press and hold the multi-function (JAM) button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button once one each earbud to turn them on, allow the earbuds 10-15 seconds to power on. 5. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button twice to put earbuds in pairing mode. 6. Give the earbuds 30-60 seconds to connect to each other. 7. Turn Bluetooth on; on the device you want to connect to. 8. Select the Jam earbuds in available devices. Please attempt to reset the earbuds, if this does not work, please contact Consumer Relations at 888-802-0040 Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST or email cservice@jamaudio.com for assistance.

Ive just got these in the mail about an hour ago and the right headphone refuses to charge. The case charges the left headphone on both sides just fine but the right isnt even seen by the case

Dear, I would like what some other people complained about. I have hearing problems at my left ear and would like to listing using ONLY the right plug. Is it possible to disconnect the slave-master and use the right plug as stand-alone?? Thank you

Thank you for your question. The left earbuds is the master earbud while the right is the slave. The master-slave can not be disconnected.

Hi Ive purchased a set of these Live Free ear buds which sound great, but is there anyway of turning off the annoying blue flashing LED when they are in use? I use them at night and the flashing LED disturbs my wife when trying to sleep. Thanks  Steve
