Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer beware I tried to leave a review regarding both the defective product I purchased along with the fact it took multiple attempts to contact customer service it took over 1 month for them to akwnoledge my attempts to make a warrenty claim. The company also stated my first review" didn't meat their guidlines" despite only politely describing my experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Relic from 2016 These may have been worth the price back in 2016 (when apparently it won the Red Dot Award for Design) but in 2020 there are better earbuds to be had at a fraction of the price. Compared to others in its price range, these are bulky, clunky, and frustratingly basic — no volume controls and only picks up phone calls in one earbud for starters! Unless you can find them for around ten bucks, not a smart purchase in the least.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad sound quality when volume high Sound quality is poor when volume is high, earbuds took a while to pair together and couldn’t find phone at first but once this was done it connected much easier and faster. No where near as good as any other jam products I have tried.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loved the sound but Got these as a gift and they worked great for about a week. Now they they will not sink to each other. I tried all of the trouble shooting steps with no change. I dont use ear buds often. So they sat for a while (2 months). Now they are junk.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great sound but unreliable I love these earbuds! The sound is great and easy to use most of the time and battery life is great. I have had to replace the live true earbuds 5 times (paid for 2 pairs, 3 more were warranty replacements) because they do not like to sync with each other. The company is usually pretty responsive and I'm happy with my earbuds but I already need a replacement for my new pair of earbuds i bought about 2-3 weeks ago. TL,DR: Great sound and battery, until they stop syncing with each other.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I purchased these for work use, mainly for phone use. Only one ear works for the phone, for some reason, this was intended? I simply cannot use them to talk on the phone as those I am communicating with state that they cannot hear me. I have had to revert back to cable headphones. At the same time, I purchased a set of buds for a family member.1/5th of the cost, and these work perfectly, sound in both ears and no complaints from those I am speaking to on the phone.

Can you use just one earbud and leave the other in the case?

Actually yes keep one in the charger n only press the button on one n go to Bluetooth n it’s gonna say live mono n connect

True live ear buds brought my brother from USA when he is visiting us! ear buds excellent sound quality!! my problem is the ear buds never pair each other! either jam ultra works or jam ultra works!! unfortunately it never pairs even i fallow manual book

Turn off phones Bluetooth. Then press buttons on both headsets either two or three times..they should pair just fine.

How do you see what percentage of charge the earbuds and the charging case are, on an iPhone?

Why would the headphone disconnect after 2 mins of being conecting?

Thank you for your question. The headphones will disconnect automatically if they are idle for too long (not playing any music), if they travel too far away from the device they are connected to, or if the battery on them is depleted.

I've had mine for couple of years now and I love the product, I will recommend it to my family and friends. The problem now is only one is working properly, I can't get the other side to work. I love my Jam but now they are not working.

Can you connect these to multiple devises. I dont mean at the same time but being able to connect them to my phone and then to my tablet without having to pair them all over again?
