Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really good product I have been using the Live True Bluetooth Earbuds product for just over a week and I have been very impressed with it. I received the ear buds along with a travel charger, charging cable and several different sizes of earbud covers. The set up was quite easy to follow from the instructions and I was up and running within 10 minutes in total. My first use of the earbuds was on my daily commute. I used the mono feature which allows you to use one earbud at a time which I really liked as I like to be aware of my surroundings when walking on my own. The function button on the earbud also allows you to quickly turn them off if you need to speak to someone in person or answer the phone. I have made a number of phone calls with the buds in and have had no issues with sound quality or connectivity. The buds also make it much easier to multitask when speaking on the phone or doing an activity as you are not constantly getting tangled in or moving the earphone wires which always really annoyed me. The sound quality was excellent and much clearer than my normal wired earphones. The volume also goes slightly higher than my usual preferred earphones. However I found the fit of the earbud itself slightly uncomfortable. I tried a number of different earbud covers but none seemed to fit perfectly. The earbud fell out of my ear a number of times as I was walking which is disappointing and a major setback to the product as the whole point of the buds are for them to sit in your ear comfortably and discreetly without the need for wires. That said the quality, look and features of this product are excellent. I was also very impressed with the look of the buds and the travel charger, which also serves as storage and is perfect for fitting in my handbag/backpack side pocket. It charges the earbuds automatically once you place them inside the case. I did find the battery actually lasted longer than the 3 hours stated in the instructions booklet. Both the buds and the case are lightweight yet sturdy and I was not worried about pressing the buds into my ear and damaging them or having the travel charger knock off other items in my back-pack or handbag. I will definitely continue to use the Live True earbuds in the future for my commute but unfortunately I won’t be using them during exercising as they are not guaranteed to stay in for me personally.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight with great sound. The first pair of wireless buds I've used and I won't be going back. Easy to set up and the sounds quality is fantastic. I've already recommended them to friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Charging case makes battery last ages! I’ve had the jam live true wireless earbuds for two and a half weeks so far and really enjoying them. I tend to listen to rock/indie music and have found the bass and mid levels to be strong for the price point. The high end isn’t as strong, but playing around with an eq app you can make adjustments to fit your tastes. So overall the sound is good but not amazing. The main usp for me is the charging case, it’s a nice design and automatically turns the earphones off as you put in the case and starts charging them. Nothing worse than forgetting to turn off your wireless earphones then next time you go to use them they’re low on battery. Have been using these for commuting daily and haven’t had to charge them once in 2 and a half weeks. So far have found the connection very good and generally they are comfortable. Overall I’d say a great pair of convenient headphones with decent sound quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice idea, but needs refinements These earbuds are a nice idea and offer some neat features but some design and tech issues make them letdown overall. The Bluetooth connection is fiddly and the case charger can lose connnection to the buds too easily which means you can run out of charge accidentally quite often.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good wireless earbuds.. These earbuds do exactly what you you would expect - they have a charging case, moderate sound quality and are most importantly wireless. Breaking these features down there are obvious pros and cons... The charging case - delivering up to 30 hours of charge time for your earbuds and the option to charge your phone as well, you really do get good value from the case. The only drawback would be the sheer size of it, it is quite large and doesn't always fit into your pockets too well alongside other amenities. But then again, there will always be space in your bag for it especially with the amount of charge it can give. The sound quality - not quite up to scratch with its competitors you can tell these are in the lower end of the market and I guess that is reflective in the difference in price between these and its competitors. The bass isn't the best, but there is still a tiny bit. If you enjoy casually listening to music and want the benefit from wireless sound then these are a great option for you. However, if you are into your music and enjoy good quality then unfortunately these are not for you. The wireless functionality - after taking a minute or two to set these up initially I have not had any problems with them since. They both connect very quickly and don't seem to ever cut out when I have been using them. The bluetooth distance between the earbuds and the device appears more than reasonable too. On the other hand, there is also the actual feel of the earbuds in your ear, obviously being wireless there is the chance of losing them if they fall. At first this was a problem for me, but then I changed the rubber earbud tips with another that is provided in the box and they now fit a treat. So overall, they are a good pair of wireless earbuds for the cheap and cheerful, but if you really value sound quality then you should probably look elsewhere.

Why can't I pair both of my headphones to each other to listen to music out of both headphones? Or even make a call and hear out of both of them?

Asked by: Jburton
Appears to be a common problem. 1. Turn off your bluetooth sources. 2. Turn off your buds by either holding the button till the turn off or place them in the case. 3. Turn them both on by taking the out of the case or by pushing the button on both of them once quickly. 4. Press the button on both of them twice quickly. They should pair then, if they don't repeat the process.

Why is the product’s presentation very different from the box and/or website?

The box shown on here are the current style. They had a different one a bit ago but switched packaging.

How do I get one bud off of the mono option? I can't seem to get them to sync back together.

Asked by: kenzdobs
Thank you for your post, it sounds like you need to give the earbuds a little more time before connecting them to your device. After removing the earbuds from the case allow 30-60 seconds, this will allow the earbuds to connect to each other. If you are still having issues please contact our consumer relations department. Thank you!

The left earbud doesn't make the same amount of sound compared to the right earbud. I've looked at the sound balance from my computer and it says there is an equal distribution of sound. They worked well up until now. What do I do?

Is there any clips that are sold that will help keep the headphones in my ear?

Asked by: ceb2737
There are no clips to keep the headphones in your ear. The headphones come with different size ear tips to help the earphones stay in the ear.

To charge the case, it is needed 5 V and 1 A. But a common charger from smartphone outputs 1.67 A is it a problem?

Asked by: lucho
No. The amount of amps is not a factor with these. Anything over one amp is fine, and if your case isn't fully discharged it may not even take one amp. Now volts are critical and need to be close to 5V. But all USB outlets, including your computer and 3rd party chargers, are all 5v.
