Rated 1 out of 5 by from Issue with Charging dock I bought this 2-3 months ago and initially was originally satisfied with the purchase. The inability to listen to the right earbud by itself was annoying but not the main issue. After a week or so of use, the charging station became less and less reliable. Where the earbuds had to be in just the right spot to start charging. It was frustrating, but manageable. This progressively got worse, until now where neither of the earbuds will charge regardless of how carefully and precisely they are placed in the charging dock. There was no incident that would have caused this, it just progressively got worse over a 1-2 month period. Unacceptable for any product, let alone one in the $80+ price range. Would not recommend

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Earbuds won’t pair together I was initially very happy with my new earbuds but after two days I ran in to an issue that I can’t fix. The earbuds won’t pair together and they show up on my phone as two separate devices. I have tried EVERYTHING but nothing works. This extremely frustrating!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from They are decent Got them this morning after waiting 30 days for them to arrive, they work as advertised and my only concern is bluetooth range but trying different devices the max range changes so it is only an issue on my end and I am also wondering if you have the silicone covers as a standalone purchase in case the rare event occurs that I lose the spare ones?

And I found another mode, that is quickly click right ear four times you will be able to use the right ear but you only can use one side only. If someone see this, please tell me how to fix this problem = =

I bought this I knew by the description what I was buying so I can complain about the volume control which this earbuds don't have would be amazing if yes, bass not that amazing but good. Apart of that this earbuds have one great things which make me buy, the hours of playing is so long and since I buy I didn't charge yet the case... Wowww

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent product for less than 100 bucks I am fan of the in ear buds, this is my 4th set I decided to try this brand (previous were Beats, JLAB, Aletec) Because I own a BT portable speaker and sound is amazing, honestly I was in doubt but when I play my tests songs WOW sound is amazing... bass is in a good level and all the rest of the tones are crystal clear, the only observation I have is they could fall easily from ears if not well placed or if sweet is in a high level, JAM should improve the silicone pad to get more grip and buds remain placed in ears, other than that it is a great product.

Dear, I would like what some other people complained about. I have hearing problems at my left ear and would like to listing using ONLY the right plug. Is it possible to disconnect the slave-master and use the right plug as stand-alone?? Thank you

Thank you for your question. The left earbuds is the master earbud while the right is the slave. The master-slave can not be disconnected.

Hi Ive purchased a set of these Live Free ear buds which sound great, but is there anyway of turning off the annoying blue flashing LED when they are in use? I use them at night and the flashing LED disturbs my wife when trying to sleep. Thanks  Steve

I have only had mine for a few months the right will turn on but no other sound. Then will just turn off. The left works fine. But would really like both to work. Especially since I haven't had them very long.

Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your earbuds, below are some reset and connecting instructions. Please attempt to reset the earbuds, if this does not work please contact Consumer Relations at 1-888-251-1076 Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST or email cservice@thehouseofmarley.com for assistance. 1. Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair). 2. Take the earbuds out of the case. 3. Press and hold the multi-function (JAM) button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button once one each earbud to turn them on, allow the earbuds 10-15 seconds to power on. 5. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button twice to put earbuds in pairing mode. 6. Give the earbuds 30-60 seconds to connect to each other. 7. Turn Bluetooth on; on the device you want to connect to. 8. Select the Jam earbuds in available devices.
