Contacted support and they were able to replace them. The second pair worked just as well. However these were flimsy and busted in half when putting them on my head. I contacted support again and have not got an email back in about a month.

Love these I bought a pair at argos. Amazing quality and the ANC was enough to clear the world around me and no so much that I don't notice people yelling at me. Only problem is the usb connector on was fragile and now I cannot recharge. One off problem??

Tried multiple USB cables, the internal female socket is slightly loose and as I bought them on sale (and no longer have the recipt) argos won't replace. It hasn't stopped me buying a new pair from you. Yup, even though my previous set slightly broke I am so impressed I'm buying another pair.

I have the jame out there headset I only got it a few months ago from Sainsbury’s, walked into town one day for my daily excessive and one of the cushions has come off and been lost... can I buy replacements as I was really enjoying this headset

How do I connect these to my Jam Bluetooth turntable? Is this posssible?

Thank you for your question. The headphones are capable of connecting to another Bluetooth enabled device. If the headphones have previously been paired to a device, you must delete that pairing prior to paring with a new device. If your turntable has been paired to an external device, that pairing will also need to be deleted.

I do group classes online and the mic on my laptop picks up all types of noises that may disturb my classmates such as the ceiling fan n me turning pages in my book....Will these headphones eliminate that for me?

Love these headphones, but suddenly the bluetooth is not working. I hold down the button for 3 seconds and there is no sound, my phone is not able to pair... How can I troubleshoot this to get my bluetooth functioning again?
