Low QualityI originally loved these headphones until the speaker went out after about 6 months. Customer Service was very helpful and sent me another pair. Now the speaker has gone out on the new ones and it has only been about a year. I am very disappointed! (Customer Service is awesome though)

Uncomfortable for some adults but great soundThese headphones were easy to pair and the sound quality represents great value. The charge lasts for a long time but they were not comfortable for me although I don't think my head is above average in size.
I have given them away to a youngster and I think she will like them as a first pair of headphones!

Cheap for a reasonReally not great, the sound quality is OK ish but the volume is really lacking.
I definitely would not recommend them if you want good volume and sound quality but I would recommend them as a stop gap solution or for an emergency
Can you use the headphones when playing Roblox? We are having a hard time connecting so the kids can talk to others and we don't need to hear them all yell at each other.
Asked by: Vach
Unfortunately no my kids had same problem but what I did find is that you can get gammer headphones like turtle beach headphones and they work .

I’ve had 2 pairs for a year and a half and 1 of the headphones doesn’t have audio when connected to Bluetooth. We can hear when it’s using the AUX cord. The other pair we have works just fine with both. I’ve never had this issue before.

Mine just went off while listening to music, didn’t know if the battery was low or not. Just home and it’s not accepting a charge for over an hour now.

How can you tell if the headphones are fully charged?
Asked by: Dawner22
Thank you for your question. When the LED flashes red, it indicates that the battery is low and it’s time to plug in and recharge. Charge for about 2 hours to get up to 8 hours of play time; while charging, the light will stay solid red. Once fully charged, the LED will turn off.
