However sometimes I just suffice with listening to only one ear because they will be stubborn and only connect to mono for some reason. Other times I can only connect both ears on my phone and my laptop struggles to connect both. If this can be fixed, I'd buy these again

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed This product is not user friendly. I paired it and only got mono for 3 month then when I tried to connect it came up with two choices of mono and live. The. Both worked. It was not given as an option at first. Then after 5 months the box stopped charging. The plug failed so a lot of money for a poor product. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Technological issues Got the buds 2 months ago. Was very excited to use them. I work in a kitchen and the plan was to use them for answering phone calls while working. Often, The buds don't connect automatically to the phone. Often, which is the most annoying thing about the buds, while connected and playing something, the sound fades (not stopping and continues from where it left off) but the sounds on the buds fade, stop and resume playing. (while you missed a few seconds) Often, it's not charging one of the buds. The buds also randomly disconnect from the Bluetooth. The buds also dont stay put in the ear, they fell off several times, I lost one of them (but eventually found it) Would appreciate a reach out from the company

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible for the insane price. Bought these a month ago and within the first two weeks the left side speaker stopped working. tried to get a refund or repair but the UK customer service is terrible. Definitely would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The most durable headphones I’ve owned I’m leaving this review for one reason only: my dog, on two separate occasions, tore apart both earbuds. I snapped the grey part back on, placed the button relatively close to the sensor, and they both still work. I’ve never had a pair of headphones that were worked over by a dog and lived to tell the tale. When they inevitably fall apart or stop working, I will definitely buy another pair.

Only mono is visible.Light doesn't come on one of the headphones, so recharged in case, switching. Problem probably with case. Should not be this much trouble. Will return.

Can you use just one earbud and leave the other in the case?

Actually yes keep one in the charger n only press the button on one n go to Bluetooth n it’s gonna say live mono n connect

True live ear buds brought my brother from USA when he is visiting us! ear buds excellent sound quality!! my problem is the ear buds never pair each other! either jam ultra works or jam ultra works!! unfortunately it never pairs even i fallow manual book

Turn off phones Bluetooth. Then press buttons on both headsets either two or three times..they should pair just fine.

How do you see what percentage of charge the earbuds and the charging case are, on an iPhone?

One of a sudden my right earbud’s volume dropped significantly. The left one works fine. I already restarted them, but it is still the same.

I am having the same issue -- the right earbud is significantly lower volume than the left. I've done the steps outlined above three times and it doesn't make one difference in the performance of the earbuds. This started happening earlier this week. Is there anything else which can be done to reset or correct this issue?

Why would the headphone disconnect after 2 mins of being conecting?

Thank you for your question. The headphones will disconnect automatically if they are idle for too long (not playing any music), if they travel too far away from the device they are connected to, or if the battery on them is depleted.
