Rated 1 out of 5 by from Earbuds won’t pair together I was initially very happy with my new earbuds but after two days I ran in to an issue that I can’t fix. The earbuds won’t pair together and they show up on my phone as two separate devices. I have tried EVERYTHING but nothing works. This extremely frustrating!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from They are decent Got them this morning after waiting 30 days for them to arrive, they work as advertised and my only concern is bluetooth range but trying different devices the max range changes so it is only an issue on my end and I am also wondering if you have the silicone covers as a standalone purchase in case the rare event occurs that I lose the spare ones?

And I found another mode, that is quickly click right ear four times you will be able to use the right ear but you only can use one side only. If someone see this, please tell me how to fix this problem = =

I bought this I knew by the description what I was buying so I can complain about the volume control which this earbuds don't have would be amazing if yes, bass not that amazing but good. Apart of that this earbuds have one great things which make me buy, the hours of playing is so long and since I buy I didn't charge yet the case... Wowww

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent product for less than 100 bucks I am fan of the in ear buds, this is my 4th set I decided to try this brand (previous were Beats, JLAB, Aletec) Because I own a BT portable speaker and sound is amazing, honestly I was in doubt but when I play my tests songs WOW sound is amazing... bass is in a good level and all the rest of the tones are crystal clear, the only observation I have is they could fall easily from ears if not well placed or if sweet is in a high level, JAM should improve the silicone pad to get more grip and buds remain placed in ears, other than that it is a great product.

Does the case have a USB C charging point, and does it have controls on the earbuds?, If so then what type of controls does it have?

No, it's USB Micro B (comes with a standard cable to USB Type A). As for controls, there is A (one, singular) button on the earbuds, which will pause and play music, and if I'm reading the icons on the instructions correctly, will answer and hang up phone calls. Hold it longer and I THINK it summons Siri, but I'm not sure. Basically, be ready to use the phone itself to control what's going on, rather than the buds themselves.

What are we supposed to do if the earbud Bluetooth connection separates? It now has JAM Live Free and JAM Live Mono in Bluetooth for the left and right sides.

How can you tell which bud is right or left?

Just brought a pair and connected them to my android device. However music is only coming out the lady ear can you help?

If your earbuds don’t sync to each other automatically, quick double-press the “play/ pause” button on both earbuds at the same time. This will put your earbuds into sync mode, and the LEDs will pulse blue. Once connected to each other, the LEDs will turn solid blue for 5 seconds. Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LEDs will quick flash blue.

Hi, How long do the earbuds take to charge once in the case. I’m sat at a desk most of the day so I am stuck between these JAM earbuds and getting a wired pair of headphones so I don’t need to worry about them running out of battery.  Thanks.

Dear Luke19, Thank you for your question. To charge your earbuds, place them into the portable case. The red LEDs show that they are charging. If the red LEDs do not appear when placed in the case, adjust the earbuds to make sure they are in line with the charging contacts. When fully charged, the LEDs will shut off. It will take approximately 2 hours to charge. To charge your portable case, plug the small end of the micro USB cable into the micro USB port, located on the right side of the case. The LED on the case will show solid red when charging. When the portable case is fully charged, the three LED lights will remain on. Once the USB cord is unplugged, the lights will turn off.
