Rated 4 out of 5 by from COOL JAM earbuds are truly made different take some getting used to I have had a couple issues like you guys are stating on your reviews but I know that they can be synced what you have to do when you put them in your ear you press the button at the same time on both of them and you will hear a chirping like sound on one then a deep motion sound on the other that means you synchronize them back so give it a try I really like them. Gave a 4 star no volume control.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Money My fiancé and I ended up with two pairs of these earbuds when we each got a free pair with the purchase of a new phone. They worked well at first, but after about six months, they both stopped working. I foolishly bought a third pair hoping we had just been unlucky with the pairs my fiancé and I bought initially. However, just a few months after buying the third pair, the same thing happened again. The earbuds do not charge. It is super frustrating to put your earbuds in at the gym only to discover they do not work. I would have given this product zero stars if I could have.

Can you use just one earbud and leave the other in the case?

Actually yes keep one in the charger n only press the button on one n go to Bluetooth n it’s gonna say live mono n connect

Why would the headphone disconnect after 2 mins of being conecting?

Thank you for your question. The headphones will disconnect automatically if they are idle for too long (not playing any music), if they travel too far away from the device they are connected to, or if the battery on them is depleted.

True live ear buds brought my brother from USA when he is visiting us! ear buds excellent sound quality!! my problem is the ear buds never pair each other! either jam ultra works or jam ultra works!! unfortunately it never pairs even i fallow manual book

Turn off phones Bluetooth. Then press buttons on both headsets either two or three times..they should pair just fine.

I would like to buy these earbuds but first I'd like to know if these are good for video streaming as well. Is there any issues with the audio syncing with the picture on screen?

Ive had these for almost a year now. I only use 1 at a time the other day im hearing a low beep and low voices. It started again today an it was the head phone this is the 2nd time. I think im done with these im going to let the battery died

Why can't I pair both of my headphones to each other to listen to music out of both headphones? Or even make a call and hear out of both of them?

Appears to be a common problem. 1. Turn off your bluetooth sources. 2. Turn off your buds by either holding the button till the turn off or place them in the case. 3. Turn them both on by taking the out of the case or by pushing the button on both of them once quickly. 4. Press the button on both of them twice quickly. They should pair then, if they don't repeat the process.
