Not good headphonesThese headphones were way too expensive for their quality. The sound quality is very tinny and gives me a headache. The design of the headphones themselves is very poor as well. It doesn’t stay in you’re ear! Do NOT get these.

Poor comfortThey aren't a very comfortable fit with the ear pieces, shame you can't take them off. Sound quality average not great at blocking outside noise out

Will not connect for very longWhen using connected by bluetooth to my Windows PC while watching hour-long webinars, the earbuds disconnect approximately every 15 minutes. The response from Jam tech support: "Unfortunately, this is how the product was designed to save battery life. There isn't any way to override this."
I am not able to use the headphones for hands-free calling. I am able to listen to audio (voicemails, music, etc) without a trouble. Can anyone help me out?

Is there no easy way to tell how much battery life is left? The wireless headphones I have had in the past, when connected to your phone would have a battery bar. I don't like not knowing if my headphones need to be charged or not

When the LED flashes red, it indicates that the battery is low and it’s time to plug in and recharge. Charge for about 2 hours to get up to 12 hours of play time; while charging, the light will stay solid red. Once fully charged, the light will turn off.

Does the Live Fast headset use the A2DP bluetooth function? I am having trouble pairing with my soundbar. I have a hearing impairment and need to use the bluetooth function of the Samsung soundbar, which requires A2DP. Thanks
