I once accidentally washed them with the laundry and they were still working !!! And then one day my fiancé was mowing the lawn and he dropped them without noticing. I’ve found them after 2-3 rainy days and guess what? They were still working. Great product !

Thought at first it might be the phone so paired with my phone and it did the same as soon as I moved my head. Will be returning them

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised On initial view these earphones look quite plastic and tacky so expectations were low and I thought I might return them. However from a functionality point of view they are very good. They charged up quickly and the around ear piece is malleable enough to be adjusted for a snug fit. I have been running with them and they are very stable. For the price they are a pretty decent wireless earphones.

I've tried repositioning, using the tightening cord, even bending the part that wraps around the ear as much as it allows and they will not stay. VERY aggravating on long runs. Additionally, the stop button is far too close to the slip track/volume button, making it difficult and annoying to skip tracks. The saving grace is that they fell in a puddle one of the times they fell out -cause they don't stay in- and they still worked.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappoinment This is the second Jam Wireless headset I have purchased. The first stopped charging and when I called in they told me they did not make the model anymore. They gave me a discount and I purchased another one. First the directions are horrible to try to understand. Second it turns on sometimes and sometimes not even when fully charged. I would not recommend.

I am not able to use the headphones for hands-free calling. I am able to listen to audio (voicemails, music, etc) without a trouble. Can anyone help me out?

I recently brought this pair of Bluetooth earbuds. I am trying to charge the earbuds but, there is no LED light coming on. Is something wrong with the earbuds?

Thank you for your question. The earphones come pre-charged. When the LED flashes red, it indicates that the battery is low and it’s time to plug in and recharge. Charge for about 2 hours to get up to 12 hours of play time; while charging, the light will stay solid red. Once fully charged, the light will turn off.

I just purchased. Tested them with iPod as I listen to audio books while exercising,I don't see how to turn off.Blue light was blinking.Now there is no light at all.  Do they shut down automatically when not in use? If not advise how to turn off. Thanks

Thank you for your question. Once turned on, the earphones will immediately search for a device to pair to; the LED will blink red and blue alternately. Enable Bluetooth on your device. From the Bluetooth menu, select “Live Fast.” When the device and Live Fast are connected, you will hear a tone and the LED will turn solid blue. When I plug in to charge the earbuds, the red light does not come on. When I turn the earbuds on the blue and red lights flash.

I need instructions on how to listen to music from my smartphone through these headphones and to speak on my cellphone and actually hear my caller. I've tried to follow the pictorial instructions but get absolutely no results. JAM "Live Fast."

Worked fine for a while. Now it refuses to pair. Shows up on iPhone bluetooth screen under "other devices" but the circle keeps circling and the earphones go "bloop bloop bloop" and flash blue and red. Have been plugged in for DAYS.

Just bought my headphones followed the instructions to charge. The red light goes off. But when I try to connect it to Bluetooth nothing. It never blinks red and blue it just does nothing. Anyone else have this problem?
