Bought a couple of these for the missus and I for a few upcoming flights because they had the noise cancelling feature and I have to say they were better at noise cancellation than the previous Sony ones I had. I used the wired AUX connection on the flight and it really did block out most of the background noise so I was able to concentrate and watch my film properly or at least untill we had some turbulence haha. Sound quality is good enough with nice clear audio and the build quality seems good. To summarise, great product for the price.

However, as soon as they started losing battery and I wanted to charge them, I plugged them in. The next day they were on low battery so I plugged them in for 7 or 8 hours straight. I got home and they weren’t charging. For $70, that’s not a great product.

Am really pleased all round and haven’t even tried the phone call features yet. Sound is great and cancelled out the background noise really well while watching a movie on my iPad on a train. Compact too for travelling.

I would strongly recommend these headphones to anyone, as they are durable as well as all other bonuses I've mentioned above

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Aggrivating I have had them less than a year and I treat them like they are worth $ 500. For one they don't have a huge range they have about a 5 ft. range. I would be in my SMALL front yard doing drills for soccer and then they would start making statics noises and then I would have to move closer to my phone. For second I took them off like normal which is very delicatly and they snapped. The only reason they get a 3 star and not a 1 is becuase the noise canellation works and the sound quality is pretty good.

It's amazing they ship a product that wasn't tested at the factory. - They charge you $69 for a useless product. Shame on them!

But then, last month, less than 2 months after he received them, they refuse to charge at all, whether using the included USB cable or any other cable. They are dead. Trying to contact customer support and I've been on hold for 30 minutes the first time and 25 minutes right now... Very disappointing.

A was very pleased with it, good sound quality and good noise cancelling ability. However, I have had them for less than 6 weeks and it has suddenly broken! Extremely angry, they costed my girlfriend £60 and they have broken in less than 6 weeks. sitting at my desk, put them on my head and then I hear a snap of some kind and they fall off my head. It seems to be a clean plastic breakage along the headband, cannot believe this! Either this is due to cheap weak plastic or it was a faulty headphone. I have only used on at my desk when I work, so I cannot imagine it was due to it

Used the first pair for about two and half months, until they broke, had them replaced and was given as a Christmas gift. Just today, the 23rd of January, 2019, the replacement just broke, in the same place. I am a college student, and I have not abused them in ANY way. I am FRUSTRATED with this because the sound quality is well beyond the list price, in my opinion; however the MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT of this product LACKS. FOREWARNING, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU USE THEM LIKE THEY ARE MADE OF GLASS!!!!!!!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Re-review So its been a few more months, and while the sound quality never went down, the physical quality has. The headband broke today while I was making myself some brunch pancakes, and I was very disappointed. I hadn't even realized until I took them off and they folded in the middle, on the left side. Hopefully, considering the little time I had with this product, I can return it, or exchange it. Still, even though they broke, my opinion about them, originally, does not change, I just hope Jam will work on their design a bit, even if it means higher prices ( I'd recommend narrowing that gap between the head and the band above the phones, and reinforcing it with a small bit of metal on the inside). Hopefully the future models of "Hi There" or "Their, They're, and There" embrace this advice, and come in green or orange please and thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works well. Good for activities. I bought this for use in the gym, it is a slightly tight fit which is ideal. I only listen to the radio but sound quality is fine. Easy to connect to devices with Blue Tooth once the instructions are figured out. Big control buttons which are easy to locate when worn. Battery life unknown, I used it twice (2hrs) ok but decided to recharge because I didn't want to risk it running out.

Even survived being chewed by our puppy, just clicked back together. Paired easi l y with Samsung phone. Not the most stylish but brilliant for kids and not a mugging magnet like the very expensive sets. Does what it says on the tin, no frills no fuss.
