Rated 4 out of 5 by from Has 5 star potential hands down The look and color options, the comfort, the sound, the option of wired or wireless, noise cancel or not option makes these headphones amazing. Even without a charge I can use them via aux cord that comes with it. But I truly wonder what materials you are using to hold this potentially wonderful product together. Not even a year into use, it snaps. The product still works but I had to make a splint to be able to wear them on my head. I originally bought it for road trips, so it didn't get much use at home. Unfortunately I will not wear them in public anymore because of how it looks. It was stored in a good location, nothing on top of it or pressing against so I am truly confused. It's not a bad price either for everything it offers. Noise cancelling that you can turn on or off is very useful. My advice if you decide to take the risk and get these....just store them on a table...alone with nothing near it I guess. It's very mysterious how they break and you cannot take them apart to investigate without dramatically altering the look. Like I said, I made a splint out of paper clips and duct tape and it still doesn't quite cut it but they hold on my head.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great customer care This is a follow up review of my Jam headphones. My original post mentioned that my head phones stopped holding charge. Jam reached out to me and sent me a replacement with little for me to do on my end. Talk about great customer care!!! I really enjoy the the sound quality, look, and comfort. I wear them while I run and exercise. The only downside of this model is that they don’t fold so you have to be careful not to break the band . As long as they are stored properly they’re great, just don’t stuff them in a backpack with heavy books.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from tricky to charge I was initially very happy with these headphones, in fact they're my second pair because my first ones broke. They don't fold so someone sat on them and they broke. They were tricky to charge. Initially they would only charge in my car, but that became inconvenient. I tried the resetting trick by holding down all the buttons at the same time, but that trick only worked once. Now they won't charge at all and are completely useless, which is a bummer because the audio was actually pretty good and they were comfortable to jog and do exercise with. I got about 4 months use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BROKEN BAND Bought these 11 months ago. Although the sound is satisfactory, the band broke. The headphones were treated very carefully and there was absolutely no reason for the breakage. Bought from JBHIFI and they advised that the manufacturer will not replace under warranty because it is a breakage. It is a manufacture fault and not owner fault, so the warranty should apply. If you look at the reviews, this is a very common fault. So the manufacturer should respond responsibly and accordingly. I had JAM headphones previously and they stopped working after 15 months. I should have known better. These headphones are poor quality and only purchase if a very short term of use is intended. I would recommend not buying any JAM products.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Was Great - But Only for 2 Months I received a pair of these headphones for my birthday in January and was super excited as I had always wanted a pair of wireless headphones! The headphones were great for 2 months. In March, the headphones stopped charging, which meant they were no longer working wirelessly. I continued to use them for another few months until one day in May when I picked them up off my desk and the headband part broke! Although these were a great pair of headphones initially, they couldn't last more than 4 months of use - which is quite upsetting.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Okay amazing, comfortable and they break I have two of these, so good in sound quality and that perfect level of active sound suppression. But they only last about 3 months (still for the price a thing to buy if you know you are only going to need them for about 3 months). In both cases the recharge socket breaks and its impossible to give them a charge, its the same fault in both cases. If you want to find out if active noise cancellation is for you then give these a go, but don't expect them to last more than 3 months.

Love these I bought a pair at argos. Amazing quality and the ANC was enough to clear the world around me and no so much that I don't notice people yelling at me. Only problem is the usb connector on was fragile and now I cannot recharge. One off problem??

Love these headphones, but suddenly the bluetooth is not working. I hold down the button for 3 seconds and there is no sound, my phone is not able to pair... How can I troubleshoot this to get my bluetooth functioning again?
