Great customer care
This is a follow up review of my Jam headphones. My original post mentioned that my head phones stopped holding charge. Jam reached out to me and sent me a replacement with little for me to do on my end. Talk about great customer care!!!
I really enjoy the the sound quality, look, and comfort. I wear them while I run and exercise. The only downside of this model is that they don’t fold so you have to be careful not to break the band . As long as they are stored properly they’re great, just don’t stuff them in a backpack with heavy books.

tricky to charge
I was initially very happy with these headphones, in fact they're my second pair because my first ones broke. They don't fold so someone sat on them and they broke.
They were tricky to charge. Initially they would only charge in my car, but that became inconvenient. I tried the resetting trick by holding down all the buttons at the same time, but that trick only worked once. Now they won't charge at all and are completely useless, which is a bummer because the audio was actually pretty good and they were comfortable to jog and do exercise with. I got about 4 months use.

BROKEN BAND
Bought these 11 months ago. Although the sound is satisfactory, the band broke. The headphones were treated very carefully and there was absolutely no reason for the breakage. Bought from JBHIFI and they advised that the manufacturer will not replace under warranty because it is a breakage. It is a manufacture fault and not owner fault, so the warranty should apply. If you look at the reviews, this is a very common fault. So the manufacturer should respond responsibly and accordingly. I had JAM headphones previously and they stopped working after 15 months. I should have known better. These headphones are poor quality and only purchase if a very short term of use is intended. I would recommend not buying any JAM products.

Was Great - But Only for 2 Months
I received a pair of these headphones for my birthday in January and was super excited as I had always wanted a pair of wireless headphones! The headphones were great for 2 months. In March, the headphones stopped charging, which meant they were no longer working wirelessly. I continued to use them for another few months until one day in May when I picked them up off my desk and the headband part broke! Although these were a great pair of headphones initially, they couldn't last more than 4 months of use - which is quite upsetting.

Okay amazing, comfortable and they break
I have two of these, so good in sound quality and that perfect level of active sound suppression. But they only last about 3 months (still for the price a thing to buy if you know you are only going to need them for about 3 months). In both cases the recharge socket breaks and its impossible to give them a charge, its the same fault in both cases. If you want to find out if active noise cancellation is for you then give these a go, but don't expect them to last more than 3 months.

Out There has the potential to be the best
The Out There headphones are great for people who want a useful, on-ear headphone for when they are running, exercising, or enjoy some music because of the active noise-cancellation. The sweat-resistant features are amazing, as for I myself sweat a lot when running or exercising. The audio buttons work phenomenally, it is easy to pair up and the added ability to use the aux-cord is also great.
The major drawback is the material quality. For such a price one would expect top of the notch material quality, but after just using it for a month the headphones snapped and broke apart. The audio still worked, but the headphones would not fit anymore. I myself do not have too big of a head but the fact that it just snapped when I gently put it on my desk is strange, let alone disappointing. I was really enjoying the product up until this point and was looking forward to using it a lot more. Now I resort to using old earphones. Very unfortunate!

Love these I bought a pair at argos. Amazing quality and the ANC was enough to clear the world around me and no so much that I don't notice people yelling at me. Only problem is the usb connector on was fragile and now I cannot recharge. One off problem??

Our advice would be to try an alternative USB cable to charge the headphones; if the fault is persisting, in he first year Argos will provide you a quick replacement in the shop.

I do group classes online and the mic on my laptop picks up all types of noises that may disturb my classmates such as the ceiling fan n me turning pages in my book....Will these headphones eliminate that for me?

Love these headphones, but suddenly the bluetooth is not working. I hold down the button for 3 seconds and there is no sound, my phone is not able to pair... How can I troubleshoot this to get my bluetooth functioning again?
