Customer Reviews

Live True Wireless Bluetooth® Earbuds is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 314.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cost too much for what you get. I bought these thinking I would use them for work and such. Upon turning them on it took some getting used to. First thing I noticed was the sound quality, there is a slight buzz to the sound, making music, videos, or movies sound staticky. Another issue is they sometimes have connectivity issues, they either won’t connect to each other, or won’t connect to anything. The battery life is awful for these type of earbuds. 3 hours is a single workout session maybe, but what about people using these for work who need 7-8 hours of battery life? Making them slightly larger to add more battery life might be okay. That is one thing I do like though is the size. They are small and compact. The charger is a little big though for the size of the buds. In all the battery life sucks, they hardly ever connect, the sound quality is trash, and the charger is huge. Honestly for 99.99 plus tax these are not worth your money. For $50 more you could get Bose true wireless earbuds that sound a thousand times better, always connect, and have more hours of battery life. With a sleek smaller charger. Don’t settle for less, wait until you can get something just a little better for 40-50 more.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad I bought these a little while ago and at first they worked good but now they only stay on for about 2 hours and then the battery dies

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound quality Great headphones for their price Easy to use and lasts for really long time. Case is small enough to fit in a pocket but not too small so you wont lose it. I like the fact that they give you a lot of parts so that they fit anyone who buys them

Rated 4 out of 5 by from COOL JAM earbuds are truly made different take some getting used to I have had a couple issues like you guys are stating on your reviews but I know that they can be synced what you have to do when you put them in your ear you press the button at the same time on both of them and you will hear a chirping like sound on one then a deep motion sound on the other that means you synchronize them back so give it a try I really like them. Gave a 4 star no volume control.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Money My fiancé and I ended up with two pairs of these earbuds when we each got a free pair with the purchase of a new phone. They worked well at first, but after about six months, they both stopped working. I foolishly bought a third pair hoping we had just been unlucky with the pairs my fiancé and I bought initially. However, just a few months after buying the third pair, the same thing happened again. The earbuds do not charge. It is super frustrating to put your earbuds in at the gym only to discover they do not work. I would have given this product zero stars if I could have.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great at first. I bought them off of QVC last Christmas, they worked great for about 5 uses and since then one has quit charging. Been about 10 months that I've used them because of it. Best bet don't buy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Okay Good earphones apart from the earphones dont always connect to each other so majority of the time you can only listen to music though one ear phone

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor only worked once. I got these for Christmas and they turned on once I tried to turn them on again and it would not work can you please let me know what I'm doing wrong.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works great at the beginning The earbuds started working out great the first 6 months, but then the right earbud started to disconnect, I see this same issue on a lot of reviews. Because of that, the price is a bit steep, should be a lot cheaper if they aren't gonna last.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Breaks easily I bought this about 3 months ago from Jb Hifi, I had constant dropping out issues, a high pitch wine, and then they completely died a few weeks ago, the moment I turned them on they immediately beep and turn off. Not worth it when my cheap chinese knock offs from wish that I got for $20 are better quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY i just got a pair and they only last a couple of hours.this will get ya!i went to dollar store and bought a pair of wireless earbuds and they lasted all day. i charged them but it did not last. as far as sound they are great! funny you think for the money you would get great pair of earbuds.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible, waste of money Constant disconnect from my phone, I've gone through 3 phones in the past year since I've bought these earbuds. And they refuse to work reliably with any of my flagship phones, or cheaper phones. One earbud will disconnect from the other, will disconnect from the phone, the audio will fade in and out... What a waste of money, this experience has made me glad I still have a 3.5 mm port on my phone to take advantage of the good old regular headphones I have. First... And last time I buy any of your products, thanks for nothing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Wireless Earbuds Ever!! I’ve Been Using These For About 2 Years(Or Longer).. Ever Since I First Tried Them On I Knew They Were The Best Ones I Had Ever Bought.. Besides Them Being More Affordable Then Any Others On The Market They Have A Nice Crisp Sound.. Come In A Well Made Charging Box Where You Can Charge Just About Anything At The Same Time.. What Blew Me Away More Then Anything.. What I’ve Been Looking For For The Longest Was The Capability Of Using One At A Time While The Other Charger.. Most Earphones Only Let You Use Either The Left Or Right In Mono Mode But With These Either One Is Capable.. Hands Down Best Product Ever.. You Will Not Be Disappointed With These.. A Must Buy In My Opinion..

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Needs a REAL up grade So ik that these tws earbuds transfered over with the jam remodel. honestly they sound great, and the design for the bud it's self I ok. I say that because the buds are missing the little air holes that let air out so your not crushing the speaker. From time to time I can hear a bassy defect from the air being compressed in the chamber with the speaker. Also the case is very sturdy but is way to big, I would easily give up charging other devices for a much smaller case. Also sum umbrella tips would be nice. I would definitely recommend these buds to other people.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Jam True Charger Love the headphones. Haven’t had these for even a year and the charger case doesn’t charge up anymore. Five stars if I can get a charging case that works again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Solidly Okay Earbuds The earbuds are fairly good quality but not worth $100. Pros: - Can play one at a time (Charging the other at the same time) - Good sound quality - Survives the washer Mehs: - Battery Life (3-5 hours) - Connecting (Randomly have to turn them off and back on again for stereo audio) - Poor fit (Takes some playing around with to get to stay in ear) - A bit pricey (worth around $50-60) Cons: - Terrible instructions - No way to switch from mono to stereo and back without turning headphones off - Charging the headphones in the case is hit and miss as well as the headphones will stop charging if you have them in your pocket and move around.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Functional but lacking I’m on second pair of JAM ultra ear buds and once again I’m having battery and connectivity issues. Not only do they disconnect from one another randomly, but the sound will cut out and for whatever reason the right ear bud doesn’t charge effectively. They will also randomly connect to my phone while in the charger. On top of that the rubber ear pieces don’t do a good job of staying in my ears while I’m running or working out. Quite frankly I’m at wits end with your product and am tired of having to reach out to have them replaced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound, easy to set up with Bluetooth Great sound and easy to set up with Bluetooth. Charging case is a bonus. The only one fault is after 3 hours of listening to music you have to charge. If more life in the ear phones this would make these the number one on any one's Christmas list.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound! I got the pink version for my birthday. I absolutely love having wireless headphones. I wish they would have come with a little plastic clip to wrap around the ear because even with the different earbud size pieces, they still fall out all the time. The main issue I have is that they seem to fall out of sync with each other and then I only hear through one earbud. Don't give up if this happens! The manual tells you how to reset them/repair them. It can be a little frustrating but the convenience is worth it. They have a great sound quality - good bass support.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound These have realy good sound, only down fall is they can sometimes fall out on a long journey. Charge case works well however make sure you wiggle the buds until the red light comes on. Connectivity is a bit of a let down. Wearing my head phones while walking with my phone in my pocket for some unknown reason disconnects from time to time. Its usually when moving arms or carrying a carrier bag. Apart from this they are a prity decent item.

Why would the headphone disconnect after 2 mins of being conecting?

Asked by: MrsTeflon
Thank you for your question. The headphones will disconnect automatically if they are idle for too long (not playing any music), if they travel too far away from the device they are connected to, or if the battery on them is depleted.

Why can't I pair both of my headphones to each other to listen to music out of both headphones? Or even make a call and hear out of both of them?

Asked by: Jburton
Appears to be a common problem. 1. Turn off your bluetooth sources. 2. Turn off your buds by either holding the button till the turn off or place them in the case. 3. Turn them both on by taking the out of the case or by pushing the button on both of them once quickly. 4. Press the button on both of them twice quickly. They should pair then, if they don't repeat the process.

Are these Alexa compatible? I’ve tried pairing other buds with Alexa but they won’t pair. Just want to know if they are able to pair with any Alexa echo device? Need to know ASAP.  Thank you.

Asked by: Missycat
Thank you for your question. You should be able to connect your earbuds to the Alexa device. But you will not be able to use the earbuds as a microphone to talk to Alexa.
