Rated 3 out of 5 by from For me they have lasted a good year and comfortabl I got these for Christmas but had some sync problems, then once that was sorted my right one became not as loud fixed by clearing but now I have it again and I can't fix it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse product ever Bough these and only one side at a time would work. Tried everything to get them to sync properly. Took them back and got another pair. Those said fully catches but no red light coming from ear bud indicating they were active in any way. Wouldn’t turn on or any thing, COMPLETELY DEAD! Tried a 3rd pair and the same thing. This product should be sold on shelves. SO VERY DISAPPOINTED! If I could give no stars I would. :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrated! I purchased the JAM Live True earbuds about a year ago. Actually, I purchased a set for someone else too. The sound quality is awesome. However, they don't seem to pair anymore and if they do pair, I can only hear out of the left earbud and my phone shows I'm connected to Jam Ultra (not Mono). This is very disappointing and frustrating! I paid a lot of money for them and I can't use them. In addition, when in the case, they always show red status, but seem to be charged?!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money Less than 4 months, left ear bud started to come apart. Customer service never responded to multiple requests for help I made. The warranty is useless if you can't get anyone from Jam audio to respond and take responsibility. Now I'm having sync issues with the earbuds too. So.... that was a waste of money. It hasn't even been half a year of having these. Folks should be complaining to the better business bureau.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprised I have a pair of Jam Tru wireless earbuds and Beats Powerbeats3. The Jam Tru sound so much better for music; rock, rap, jazz, etc. I use for Jams for music and the Beats are beaters for work as a wireless communications set. Easy to connect with a Pixel phone. Great for listening to Spotify.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible connectivity Won't stay connected. Won't pair. Extremely inconsistent. Costumer service mays well be non-existent. Stay on hold, only to leave a message, to never be called back.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great sound, hard to connect The design and sound is great. However sometimes I just suffice with listening to only one ear because they will be stubborn and only connect to mono for some reason. Other times I can only connect both ears on my phone and my laptop struggles to connect both. If this can be fixed, I'd buy these again

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed This product is not user friendly. I paired it and only got mono for 3 month then when I tried to connect it came up with two choices of mono and live. The. Both worked. It was not given as an option at first. Then after 5 months the box stopped charging. The plug failed so a lot of money for a poor product. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Technological issues Got the buds 2 months ago. Was very excited to use them. I work in a kitchen and the plan was to use them for answering phone calls while working. Often, The buds don't connect automatically to the phone. Often, which is the most annoying thing about the buds, while connected and playing something, the sound fades (not stopping and continues from where it left off) but the sounds on the buds fade, stop and resume playing. (while you missed a few seconds) Often, it's not charging one of the buds. The buds also randomly disconnect from the Bluetooth. The buds also dont stay put in the ear, they fell off several times, I lost one of them (but eventually found it) Would appreciate a reach out from the company

Rated 2 out of 5 by from decent, but could be better I like the way these earphones sound, the design is nice too. I just wish it had an app. And the earbuds often restart themselves which is very annoying. How do I stop that from happening all the time?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible for the insane price. Bought these a month ago and within the first two weeks the left side speaker stopped working. tried to get a refund or repair but the UK customer service is terrible. Definitely would not recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The most durable headphones I’ve owned I’m leaving this review for one reason only: my dog, on two separate occasions, tore apart both earbuds. I snapped the grey part back on, placed the button relatively close to the sensor, and they both still work. I’ve never had a pair of headphones that were worked over by a dog and lived to tell the tale. When they inevitably fall apart or stop working, I will definitely buy another pair.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from mono only One day only. Tried several times (including troubleshooting, but earbuds don't connect with each other. Only mono is visible.Light doesn't come on one of the headphones, so recharged in case, switching. Problem probably with case. Should not be this much trouble. Will return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product Love my wireless headphones!! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is after a few months the charging case isn't working properly so it takes much longer to charge.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unreliable Connectivity Sound and comfort are great. Only issue, which in my opinion is a big one, is they are extremely inconsistent when it comes to connection. Some days they work pretty well. Some days i cant get them to stay connected for longer than 2-3 min at a time! For the amount of reviews that say the same thing i really hope they take this seriously and address this seeing as for a few bucks more you can get a solid true wireless earbud!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great sound but some probably Bought the about a 2 month ofter vacation and work great but they never stayed connected to my android A10E I had to reconnect then evry 3 minutes the longest time they stayed connected is 20 min the battery time is very short (time of battery:52 minutes and 26 seconds *was time 3 time and that the average I got * but besides that I love them the comfortable but thet the only problems I have

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2 years and still working strong I've had these earbuds for 2 years now. Though I cant seem to get them to sync to eachother I only use one at a time to let the other charge. All in all I have loved using them and will be passing them down to my wife who needs them more than I do

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer beware I tried to leave a review regarding both the defective product I purchased along with the fact it took multiple attempts to contact customer service it took over 1 month for them to akwnoledge my attempts to make a warrenty claim. The company also stated my first review" didn't meat their guidlines" despite only politely describing my experience.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Relic from 2016 These may have been worth the price back in 2016 (when apparently it won the Red Dot Award for Design) but in 2020 there are better earbuds to be had at a fraction of the price. Compared to others in its price range, these are bulky, clunky, and frustratingly basic — no volume controls and only picks up phone calls in one earbud for starters! Unless you can find them for around ten bucks, not a smart purchase in the least.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad sound quality when volume high Sound quality is poor when volume is high, earbuds took a while to pair together and couldn’t find phone at first but once this was done it connected much easier and faster. No where near as good as any other jam products I have tried.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Loved the sound but Got these as a gift and they worked great for about a week. Now they they will not sink to each other. I tried all of the trouble shooting steps with no change. I dont use ear buds often. So they sat for a while (2 months). Now they are junk.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great sound but unreliable I love these earbuds! The sound is great and easy to use most of the time and battery life is great. I have had to replace the live true earbuds 5 times (paid for 2 pairs, 3 more were warranty replacements) because they do not like to sync with each other. The company is usually pretty responsive and I'm happy with my earbuds but I already need a replacement for my new pair of earbuds i bought about 2-3 weeks ago. TL,DR: Great sound and battery, until they stop syncing with each other.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Jam live true earbuds I liked everything about this product. Design and comfort were good. The big problem was that the connection dropped repeatedly. Since returned.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Struggling to keep them in There a bit uncomfortable and they fall out, but I’m still getting used to them and trying to find best size tip to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I purchased these for work use, mainly for phone use. Only one ear works for the phone, for some reason, this was intended? I simply cannot use them to talk on the phone as those I am communicating with state that they cannot hear me. I have had to revert back to cable headphones. At the same time, I purchased a set of buds for a family member.1/5th of the cost, and these work perfectly, sound in both ears and no complaints from those I am speaking to on the phone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Manufacturing issues I have had these for about three years. They were a gift ,otherwise I had returned them by now.. Although the portable charging case seems to be promising coming even with a bluetooth port to charge other devices that simply is not the case. 0ne headphone charges well in comparison to the other and it's a serious constant issue . If you purchase these be prepared to have bluetooth sound for about 2/3 hrs and the rest of the time in mono mode *Shrug

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing product Fantastic hedphones and perfect sound quality. Only down side is that 3 hours of battery seems to be a bit too less to fully appreciate this product and make it last longer.

Can you use just one earbud and leave the other in the case?

Asked by: Emilee
Yep, take one out of the charger, if it's the right one, use "live true mono" if using the left one just use same "live true" from stereo pairing. It will automatically be mono for the left

One of a sudden my right earbud’s volume dropped significantly. The left one works fine. I already restarted them, but it is still the same.

Asked by: Joël57
I am having the same issue -- the right earbud is significantly lower volume than the left. I've done the steps outlined above three times and it doesn't make one difference in the performance of the earbuds. This started happening earlier this week. Is there anything else which can be done to reset or correct this issue?

Why would the headphone disconnect after 2 mins of being conecting?

Asked by: MrsTeflon
Thank you for your question. The headphones will disconnect automatically if they are idle for too long (not playing any music), if they travel too far away from the device they are connected to, or if the battery on them is depleted.
