It was easy to get a Bluetooth connection, but this week it stopped working, even though it is fully charged. "No connection possible". My iPhone and iPad cannot find Live-Fast. I contacted the customer service, it di not get any reply! I can see from other reviews that I am not the only one having this problem.

Good value for money, just dont use them if you're a runner - would be fine for walking around or use in the home. Good sound quality but again as I use them when running I cant say brilliant because they work their way loose.easy to pair and use, charge time is good. All in all good value, if you dont use them while working out.

I am not able to use the headphones for hands-free calling. I am able to listen to audio (voicemails, music, etc) without a trouble. Can anyone help me out?

What can I do if the charging port on the headphones is broken?! I receive those for a Christmas gift and did use them until yesterday but I noticed when I tried to connect the up to charge the didn’t charge!

Is there no easy way to tell how much battery life is left? The wireless headphones I have had in the past, when connected to your phone would have a battery bar. I don't like not knowing if my headphones need to be charged or not

When the LED flashes red, it indicates that the battery is low and it’s time to plug in and recharge. Charge for about 2 hours to get up to 12 hours of play time; while charging, the light will stay solid red. Once fully charged, the light will turn off.

Why won’t my headphones connect? This morning they stopped working after a month. I turn them on and hear a few beeps and they never connect to my phone!

Does the Live Fast headset use the A2DP bluetooth function? I am having trouble pairing with my soundbar. I have a hearing impairment and need to use the bluetooth function of the Samsung soundbar, which requires A2DP. Thanks
